Adam is an ambitious and pro-active trainee solicitor at Acuity with particular experience working with corporate M&A and commerical real estate transactions. He has a strong academic history graduating with a BSc Criminology in 2015, an LLB LAW in 2017 and an LLM Legal Practice in 2018. Time as a Corporate Transaction Manager with Acuity Law provided a focused knowledge-base prior to his post-graduate education and his time as a trainee solicitor from 2018. He has shown particular passion and insight in wellbeing initiatives, the Esports industry and corporate share structures. Outside of Acuity Adam has become a prominent member of the JLD in Cardiff and London with whom he organises events to encourage cohesion and professional development in the legal industry.

  • Several years’ experience navigating share structures and shareholder relationships, providing appropriate administrative and legal advice to corporate entities.
  • Experienced at private corporate acquisitions and disposals in which he has been recognised for employing solution-based strategies based on open and continual client dialogue.
  • Skilled due diligence practitioner with particular expertise in reviewing commercial contracts, contracts of employment and property/title documents.
  • Practiced at negotiating landlord and tenant relationships both in isolation and as part of a wider acquisition/disposal.
  • Particularly accomplished at leasehold completions of offices, parking spaces and industrial units.
  • Lead the share restructure of a restaurant chain in the West Midlands and Wales requiring a buyback and shareholders’ agreement.
  • Assisted with Sinclair Groups’ acquisition of a Land Rover franchise.
