Bethan joined Acuity as a trainee and qualified into the corporate team in 2007. She worked as a corporate lawyer for several years before taking a short career break.

On her return, she became head of the Acuity Counsel Service – the firm's successful outsourced service which provides businesses with day-to-day legal support. She is also the head of the dedicated client care team for the service and also provides commercial legal advice to a wide range of clients.
