Cerith joined Acuity in April 2018 and provides support to fee earners in the real estate team on a wide range of matters, including both development and landlord and tenant work.

Before joining Acuity, Cerith spent 4 years with a regional insurance broking firm where he specialised in defective title insurance and advising solicitors, developers and lenders on their insurance requirements relating to property transactions. During his time at the firm, he gained a Diploma with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Cerith is currently studying for his LPC part time and is on course to complete in June 2020.
