Charlotte joined Acuity in September 2017 as a trainee solicitor. She provides support and assistance on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, and is currently involved in negotiating a savings plan for the employees of a local authority and drafting a waste framework agreement.

She works closely with our teams developing her drafting skills across a variety of services.

Before joining Acuity, Charlotte was a paralegal at a large regional law firm. She also worked for a global accountancy firm as a project executive in its global outsourcing team.

  • Advising on a range of commercial work for ACS clients including:
    • advising clients on their commercial agreements;
    • drafting and reviewing terms and conditions; and
    • providing ad-hoc commercial advice.
  • Reviewing and drafting non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
  • Undertaking a complex and complete review of all commercial contracts for a client in preparation for an acquisition.

Reviewing over 60,000 documents as part of a disclosure exercise on a multimillion pound case.
