An MBA graduate of the University of South Wales and a PRINCE2 project management practitioner, Jason manages the day-to-day administration and operation of the business. Part of the senior executive team, he specialises in strategic planning and organisational development and leads the implementation of initiatives to manage our resources effectively. He is responsible for developing and executing operational controls and organisational systems, policies and processes to drive operating efficiencies and performance with a focus on client value and service. Jason's broad remit covers core business functions, from information technology and facilities management, people management and internal support services, to supplier relationship management, external networks and regulatory compliance.
