Lisa advises on a variety of IP agreements including programme commissioning agreements, digital content licences, website hosting agreements and software development agreements.

She also advises on copyright and broadcast compliance issues. She drafts a wide range of commercial agreements and has worked on procurement procedures including valuable OJEU tenders. From her 5 years working in a national broadcaster’s in-house legal team, she has gained a sound awareness of the broadcasting industry.
