Lowri joined the TMT team at Acuity in January 2019

Lowri joined the TMT team at Acuity in January 2019 after training and qualifying with BDB Pitmans LLP in Reading.

She advises on and drafts a variety of commercial contracts, including supply of goods and services, software licensing and development, managed services, agency and distribution and IP licensing. She also provides advice on data protection and data privacy and assists clients in complying with their obligations under the GDPR.

Lowri works with a wide range of clients from SMEs to international organisations in a variety of sectors including technology, IT, telecommunications, retail and life sciences.

Providing regular advice and assistance to a large utility company in relation to its commercial contracts including terms and conditions, collaboration agreements, research and development agreements and non-disclosure agreements
Assisting businesses in complying with their obligations under the GDPR by carrying out data audits, identifying necessary remedial actions and drafting and/or updating documents such as privacy notices, data processing agreements and data protection policies
Assisting on share sales and acquisitions for large IT managed service providers
