Maria-Elena is a trainee solicitor and supports Acuity’s Intellectual Property team by managing their IPR database. Prior to joining Acuity, Maria-Elena was twice appointed Director for her achievements in cross-border business development, brand building and marketing; across diverse sectors including industrial manufacturing, digital print technology and luxury brands. Maria-Elena graduated with a distinction after completing the GDL, LPC and LLM in Advanced Drafting and has a keen interest in IP and brand building. She is also an active member of A-Law: the UK Centre for Animal Law, to work towards a better legal framework for the protection of animals.
