Mark advises on all aspects of employment law and specialises in complex discrimination and industrial law.

Mark has a background in employment litigation, having worked on a number of large and complex tribunal claims advising and representing large institutional clients, as well as individuals, in all aspects of the litigation process. He has experience of litigating in the higher appeal courts including the employment appeal tribunal.

Mark also has broad experience of advising businesses and individuals on day-to-day employment issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters and settlement agreements.
