Paul is an established corporate lawyer with a leading profile in executing corporate transactions. He qualified with the international law firm Eversheds and went on to become a partner, managing its corporate division for over 20 years.

He is dual qualified, having qualified in Hong Kong whilst working for the international law firm, Reed Smith (legacy Richards Butler).

Paul's experience includes acting on many large international transactions, often representing Fortune 500 corporations such as Cisco, MWV and Scansource.

In addition, Paul has led many UK M&A deals acting for substantial private and public sector companies.
