Our team

Protecting the process, methods and results of creativity and innovation, including inventions, brands and designs, is crucial to business success.

Our team of experienced IP lawyers provide specialist advice across the full spectrum of IP rights, including copyright, trade marks and brand management, passing off, design rights and patents - in particular, IT, electronics, communications, mechanical engineering, chemical and life sciences patents.

We advise on all stages of IP development from registration, protection, portfolio management, commercialisation and enforcement to brand strategy, revenue generation and internationalisation.

We advise on corporate structuring for IP, the exploitation of IP rights and tech transfer agreements, as well as the IP aspects of larger commercial or corporate deals. We also handle UK and international trade mark and design filings.

On the contentious side, we enforce and defend IP infringement claims and undertake trade mark and design prosecution work, filing and defending trade mark oppositions at a national and international level. We can also help with domain name disputes and competition law in an IP context.
